Examinations, Evaluation & Results

The GDC was established in 2021 in Mummidivaram, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. The College is affiliated to Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajamahendravaram. Since the inception of the college in 2021, the college is following Semester System as per the guidelines of the affiliated university. The syllabus and examination pattern for each semester are developed with the help of the Board of Studies nominated by the affiliated university for each subject. The Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) is followed as per the SOPs issued time to time by the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education (CCE), A.P.

  • Internal Assessment: Conducted by HOD; submitted to Examination Cell.
  • Minimum Marks for CIA: No minimum.
  • Passing Marks: 40% combined in internal and Semester End Exams; 35% in Semester End Exams.
  • Internal Exams: Cannot be retaken. Total 40% in SEE required if passing marks are not secured.
  • Project Work: Conducted in 6th semester.
  • Practical Exams: Internal in 1st, 3rd, 5th semesters; external in 2nd, 4th, 6th semesters (2021-22 batch onwards).
  • Extra Credits: Awarded for co-curricular, extra-curricular activities, and attendance.
